I am a Jane Austen devotee -- thanks for that link! I was at the Chawton house once, but do not remember the quilt. Boy that would stretch my abilities!

The quilt was hanging in earlier days however historians became worried about the stress on the stitches and now it lays on a bed. My DD read all of Great great, great.....great Aunt Jane's books last year. It is so much fun to have the quilt pattern and I will be making DD a reproduction of GAJane's design.
