I'm thinking that backpack sounds good for my back. I try to sit up straight but before you know it I'm slouched over again. Can't teach an old dog new tricks I guess. Hope you feel better soon. Sue

Isn't life ironic? I finally have the skills and knowledge to do a half way decent job quilting and my body is failing me. Why didn't we get the skills when we are still young enough to use them? Bummer, different aches for different quilt activities. Too much machine quilting, sore sholders and neck....too much rotary cutting, sore elbow and thumb...too much quiltingboard....nah you can never have too much quiltingboard!
