I was at Wal Mart a couple hours ago and found that many of their quilting items were on clearance. Now I hope that is just because that is because they're bringing in new brand or it is something that they just don't sell but some of the prices weren't to bad. I did manage to this up for less.

    $13 down from $18

You will love the shape cut, especially for cutting binding.

You might want to ask someone if they are planning to do a remodeling at your store

They just finished the remodel at the store. It has been finished about a month. I wish I had more money to spend because they had a whole set of circle cutters down from $14 to $9. I would have bought both but had to make a choice. Wrong time of the month to spend to much extra. Figure I will use the shape cutter more. I will let everyone know how it works for me. They had cutting mats, scissors, different types and sets of rulers and squares.

You are so lucky, I'm not sure if that is the large Shape Cut but in any case those rulers start in price at over $50 here in Australia!!
Green with envy.......... but enjoy your purchase - my list of shopping when I get back to the US is ever increasing.

Our Walmart is putting back the fabric dept. It's almost replenished. I saw lots of Fiskar mats and all the JT different rulers being put on the shelves. I can't imagine the rulers just put out to be on clearance but you never know. I'll check it out.

I don't know what is going on over there but, whatever it is im not going to complain.
I just noticed that you can go to the JT website and there are videos that show you how to use their rulers and such. I think if this works as well as the video shows, im going to like this shape cut.
