I have an HQ and did a spiral type. I think anything with circles or curves it good to contrast with so many straight lines.

I did free motion interlocking hearts with 2 rows of hearts taking up 3 rows of the quilt.

I have 2 jelly roll Lasagne quilts waiting and find myself in the same situation. Not sure if I want to stay in the channel or cross bands. Do I want to show a grid, or do I want circular lines? Grrr - indecision. Thanks for the suggestions so far.

I made mine of all autumn fabrics. I used a metallic-looking variegated thread and used a wide "S" stitch that's on my machine every three rows right on the seam line. It really popped lots of the colors from the fabrics.
