    quilting by machine vest from preprinted fabric

    Hi,

    I have some preprinted vest fabric which I think would be more attractive if quilted. Can you give me some suggestions as to how to quilt it on the machine.

    My Mom used to quilt the fabric first and them cut and make the vest.
