DH and I just got new phones. We have joined the 21st century!
A bit scary and funny for us. We said we would never get so techno, but here we are.

I am now able to have apps on my phone and am wondering if any of you have any apps (FREE) that you use related to quilting that you would recommend. Or any that have a fee but you feel are really worth the money?

    TIA !

There are a few apps... even free apps... I actually used one once to calculate yardage for some borders!! But then I messed up my phone and lost all my apps... and being the "toron" I am, haven't managed to be able to reload any apps...

My DD and her techno-brilliant BF are coming soon for a visit and I'm hoping they can drag me back into the 21st century...

I have several on my IPad but they were mostly free. No,I have not tried them yet as I am still setting up my IPad and my new DROID phone. Two different technologies, am I a glutton for punishment or what? Good luck, hope yours is easier than mine . I thought coming from a Voyager, this would be just a step up. LOL

Use the search function up above and you'll find lots of apps that have been posted before. ;)

The Joann's store app! It's the only thing I like about Joann's - I can get all of their coupons on my phone. It's so convenient! No more remembering to print out the coupons, or keeping track of the flier. They're all there on my phone!

Rober Kaufman has one for Ipad that helps with calculations of yardage. I haven't used it yet, always forget Ipad at home when I go to LQS.
