    The quilts I still have from them are all cotton batting. Some are getting thread bare and have been repaired about all I can. I think this will probably be more than I want to tackle without someone knowledgeable to really hold hands and teach the correct way. Waaaaay to much time to tackle a quilt and then have it only be useful for my dog!

    Here is an article to describe the process. I am still fighting with myself about hand-quilting a quilt. Carding my own cotton would ensure that I NEVER get it done.
