    Default Which Quilting Ruler

I am interested in purchasing a quilting ruler to use with my Tiara 3. I was considering the Line Tamer or the HQ Versa Tool. The HQ Versa ruler seems to offer more options for quilting designs. Is it difficult to use?

    Thank you.

I have and use both. The line tamer is good for SID work and I use the versa tool for shorter work.

As long as you have a ruler base on your machine I haven't found any difficulty using the Versa Tool, or any other ruler. Some take a little practice to get your hands/ coordination right at first. It depends on what kind of quilting you want a ruler for. The line tamer if you plan to do a lot of stitch in the ditch. HQ offers many different rulers. I seldom do SID, I love my HQ Wave rulers.
