I am going to bookmark this... I was given one of the HandiQuilter Frames (the original ones) and am going to be setting it up next week. I am going to need a lot of practice and information on where to find quilting designs. I was going to look for stencils. Now I know where to get them. Thanks.

You can also use Golden Threads paper - trace your pattern and you can sew through the paper and tear it off. I also use cookie cutters for designs.
