Just when I was wondering where I was ever going to find beach-themed FMQ patterns!
    Thanks!

I just made 3 jelly roll quilts for Xmas and used the serpentine stitch on my machine. I sewed over the seam using variegated thread. Also, I alternated the seams, i.e., sewed row 1, 3, 5, etc. Then turned the quilt and sewed rows 2, 4, 6, etc. It made for a quick quilting project when down to crunch time.

WI made a string quilt last month and enjoyed putting spirals on it. If I were to do it again. I'd make wider circles so they're not so dense . I prefer fluffy.

So here's what I ended up doing ... my original intent was diagonal crosshatch using the spacing bar screwed into my foot. Well, the bar came loose long before I noticed. But ... I like it anyway.
