Default Quilting a teacup and saucer

Has anyone covered a teacup and saucer with fabric? Someone showed this to me and it seems like it would be very difficult. If there is a website with instructions I love to see how this is done.

Probably used white glue or mod podge. Sorry I don't know of a web site, perhaps google it?

would love to see project when you finish.
