Your son chose your house rather than someone else's house to bring his friends to and he asked for YOUR lasagna, which must be very good or he wouldn't have asked for it.

You supported the kids by doing your field duty at the soccer field.

Well okay, so all this kept you from being at the sewing machine, but I consider you to be very lucky to have had so much positivity going on yesterday. And I bet you slept very well last night.

Now that the busy day is behind you - it's time to get to your sewing machine!
that is all so true - and while I love it - every bit of that is for someone else...quilting is for me - my time....so it is frustrating some days.

I did have fun at the field - although my face is sun burned and after one cup of coffee and as many posts and I can read in that time then I have to go cook and clean up - but your right many positives just not the one I wanted!

Hey you Quilter7x! Can you come live at my house??? I need someone following me around and pointing out the positives. Right now all I can see are the negative things and it is bringing me down so much that I can't even lift a finger to sew.

This was a wonderful post. So many times we get bogged down in the darkness...it is just easier to do that.

I know you intended this post for the original poster but you actually really gave me the boost I needed today!!! Thank you Thank you!!!
