The smiles on the little faces say it all. I've made quilts for Blair-Batson hosp in Jackson, Ms, the local nursing hom [lap quilts], and I'm working on the ones for kids at the abuse center. Got 7 done using UFO's and panels and scraps. Lots more to go!!!

I mailed my first quilt back yesterday(Apr 21). I have material set aside for 2 more.

I just finished 6 lap quilts that my church shares as prayer covers for persons with needs. Others in our congregation also piece and contribute to this ministry.

    Sharing is a blessing.

My daughter and I both do, but didn't think about the "teen" ones--thanks for that information!

I have only made 1, but need to get busy and make more. Such a worthwhile cause.

I enjoy doing them. QFK needs quilts for teens and I've been focusing on them. They are easy and fun. Each one makes up so different.
