It looks like your votes are overwhelmingly far right - I'm not being political, honest!
It's the "safest" choice. It looks like a quilt someone might give for a wedding gift; the colors are conservative and the design is elegant. Unless you find out something new and unusual about the recipients, they should be thrilled with that quilt. It's magnificent.
