i've been trying to open the quiltville website. i never had any trouble before, but i can't get it open now. is anyone else able to open it, or is it down? or finished? or what?

It opened just fine for me just now. Bonnie may have been updating, she has been in France the last week for a quilt retreat. Check out her blog:

Yes, I know my website is unavailable. They are doing maintenance. There is nothing I can do about it but wait it out along with you! :c) I've received phone calls and emails from many people asking me what the deal is. I've called to find out. They say give it time. :c)

I adore Bonnie more than any of the other well known quilters. She has fantastic patterns and she is very generous with them. I recommend her book to all quilters. All you need is the desire and a pile of scraps to make her quilts. She is a true quilt friend to everyone.

I just adore her too.
I got her book "Scraps & Shirttails" a few weeks ago.
I love it. :D
