    It is spelled Judy Hooworth. Some of her books are with Margaret Rolfe. She is Australian.

    the first thing that comes to mind is a pin wheel; even a 3d one. I think it would be really pretty and I know that the 3d one is easy to make

    what about a log cabin or a half log cabin, shades of purple one side, orange one the other, lavender, apricot, etc?
    Or does she only want the brights?

    The chimney could be the brightest, most vibrant orange you can find.

    Actually, halfway thru the drafting stage of this quilt she decided she didn't want it in those colors! I told her to let me know when she figured out what and if she wanted one. I haven't heard a word since so I moved into other projects. Maybe someday I will make the draft, but it will probably just end up in the design binder with numerous others. LoL!

    Those colors can really look nice together. I made a large bag out of the same and it is gorgeous.
