Wow this is stunning. I can see the spirals, and I can imagine that you needed a color chart, with those subtle gradations of color. Beautiful!! :-D

You've done the more convenient thing for us, and reposted the picture here! Thank you.

By linking I meant, to go to your thread (the other one with your picture in it), copy the address from address line at the top of your browser (it starts http://www.quiltingboard.com ), make a new post here and paste the address into it. When you post, the address turns blue and when people click on it, it brings them straight to your other thread.
I hope this makes sense, and isn't too basic for you! :-D

You're welcome. Did you design that quilt yourself? It looks awesome. I just love strong bright colors.

Sylvia...thanks for posting it here...it is STUNNING! I love that pattern!

I did sign up on Ra Naie Merrill's website and I got the pattern for the neck pocket spiral to give it a try before I go forward with the book...Now...I just have to find the time!

I used a pattern by Marti Mitchell called Stars all around. I'm in the process of designing a border to put on it now. On the quilt in the picture I got it from Logcabin with a twist by Barbara Kaempfer. It's the same principal as Ranae Merrill uses in hers.

Isn't that the same quilt that used to be on the opening of Alex Anderson's show? Or one very similar???
