Well I went to Thomas Sewing Center in Mesquite where they were trying to talk me into getting a new 300e Janome. I was getting some material cut and this elderly gentleman walked up and asked what I was going to sew that beautiful material with. I told him a machine I had bought there, Janome 2010. He said, "Well, what new machine are you going to buy next?" I told him I had been looking at the 300e but it was too much. He told me that it was on sale and I could put it on lay-away. I told him that I knew it was $999 on sale and that I just couldn't do it because by the time I added tax it would be over $1,000. He asked if I had a tax number and I told him no, I do what I do for me and not to sell. He told the lady behind the counter that he would pay the tax on the machine and to set me up. Turns out it was Mr. Thomas himself, I had been in the store for a few years and never seen or met him before. So now I have 9 months and 3 weeks to get my machine out of lay-away. But knowing me I'll have it out before. I do have a birthday coming up, do I will be handing his business cards out and let people go put some money down on my machine!!

Thanks for all of yall's input on the machine. I did read over them all.
