    I am seriously looking at going with someone else due to she may not have another leaf pattern and I don't like the way she does them.

    I think you did the responsible thing by calling her and good for you for doing it so calmly. I don't think you will be happy with anything she does at this point, so I encourage you to take it elsewhere.

    I think she needed to hear that you were not satisfied...could be she is overwhelmed and can't keep up with the projects she has, and tried to rush yours. But to be honest, I would go elsewhere...if she was careless that time, who knows what her final results are...maybe that is typical for her.
