Really Screwed Up

Being Native American, anything I make is never perfect. To make something "perfect" is to mock our Creator.
I would fix the larger noticeable mistakes and leave one small piece, like on the edge as is.

Here is another thought, Your name attached to this quilt. What if the buyer points out your mistake to everyone she shows it to? Will it affect your business?
I would have to correct this mistake just for my own piece of mind.
I'm so sorry that this happened to you, I do take photos of my quilts at different stages, while they are up on the wall, put them on my puter and give them a good look over, even rotate the photo. I have caught many mistakes early on by doing this. Good luck on your quilt.

I have made a quilt and already taken it and had it quilted. I could have sworn everything was fine with it. Got it back from the quilter and lookee here. Tell me please how to fix this mess. I have this quilt sold and am so so upset about it.

Surprised that your LAQ didn't notice it either and contacted you. If it bother you, I would just applique the correct squares over the mistake and only you and I will know about it. I have made some mistakes with Bargello strips putting the strip upside down but I caught it before I quilted it.

A long arm quilter only sees a small portion of the quilt at a time when quilting. she may have not noticed the mistake. Also is it her job to point out mistakes? That can be very touchy situation.
