I just saw a very pretty Disappearing 9-patch with two colors and it looked pretty neat.

The list is endless. Do a search for two color quilts. almost any pattern can be made with two colors and all would be beautiful. Enjoy the hunt!

I made a red and white 'Drunkard's Path" several years ago.
I really liked the way it turned out. The pattern I used showed how to make the first row in one pattern the second
row in a different pattern...Think there were 5 different
ways of setting the blocks together. You can make them and
mess with them till they are as you lke them.

Fons & Porter did a book on quilts at the Henry Ford Museum. It had a section on red and white quilts. One of them is a "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul" design which uses Hearts. That one would look GREAT in any two colors you might choose.

Irish chain would be my choice.

Fons and Porter have a pinwheel 2-color quilt that I love! Half the blocks have cream background with red pinwheel and the other half blocks are the opposite. Border is red and binding is cream (I think).
It's been on my to do list for a while now. Someday!
Any block can be used for a 2 color quilt if you reverse them this way.

I had the exact same thought. The one for the Hampton's, right?
