I finally got a treadle - Singer model 66, so old the attachments clamp on from the back, not left side. Its in better shape than I could have dreamed - used for close to 50 years by original owner, then passed to her DIL, who didn't sew & used it as a plant stand. After a thorough cleaning & servicing, new belt, I'll be ready to take this beauty out of retirement & put her back to work. "Albertina" is named in honor of the original owner.
