I can tell you for a fact that Robert Kaufman Kona Tomato did not run or bleed in my 2007 Two-Color Pineapple Quilt. I did not prewash every single piece of it either. The quilt is part of the Ruby Heritage exhibition that will be in Chicago later this month at Quilt Festival. Last year I used Kona Coral in a Pineapple. It didn't discharge any color either.
