    Great idea! I'm always looking for ways to save $$ & this one will definitely be less than regular tracing paper.

    I used it to make templates for a quilt I designed, I liked the stiffness it gave so it didn't push in while trying to trace it. Homemade wrapping paper is one idea.If you can't find the paper you are looking for you could try to use tissue paper thin enough you can see thru it ,just not sure it is the size you would want

    If you have a dr's appt you could ask for a roll end! Sometimes they will give them to you. Happy Quilting!
