I was wondering if one of you with EQ would help me with something. I haven't figured out the block sizes for my sea map, but I have devised a couple of simple formulas where if I know what my block size is I'll know how wide my borders will be and how large my quilt will get. I want to see an accurate layout of what the quilt would look like with these formulas applied. Would anyone want to draw a layout of the quilt on EQ (I'll PM the measurements)?

Sure, pm me the information and I will give it a whirl. I can't promise I will be super speedy about it, but I will see what I can do.

The inner border is not supposed to be solid and I wasn't planning on mitered corners, but I'm not worried about that. Mainly I just want to see if my sizing works. I think you got the sizing right. So nice work! :)

Hmmm...the inner border seems a bit too thin. It might be my sizing or it could be you put it in a solid color. Do you think you could post a copy without the color? That way I could put it in the colors I chose and see if it changes anything.

OK, here it is without color, quilting, or mitered corners. Hope this is what you need! :-)

There are always options to mitering corners - you can use different corner blocks, breadboard the ends, or round them over. When I converted this to jpg format, it would not give me edges.

I'm having trouble downloading the colorless one. It will load about half way through and then my Internet decides to quit on me. I think my Internet does it out of spite. lol. Anyone have a Photobucket account they can load it to and then paste the IMG code on here so I can just right click and save?

    Nope.

I don't think its the file. I think its my Internet connection. Everytime I've tried to load it, it will tell me it'll take at least 20 minutes to download and then like halfway through my Internet will stop working (i.e. stop sending info) and then I have to hang up, reconnect, and start over. I swear it likes doing this on purpose. It also likes to "stop working" sometimes just when Nick logs on MSN messenger after waiting x-amount of time to talk to him.

    I hate my internet...
