    Nice and clean looking.

I have one of these but it is jumbled with the attatchments. I never realized there was a date stamped on the box so I grabbed a magnifying glass and it says 1889. I do have the rolled hemmers in the same order as pictured but that is all. I wonder what was supposed to be on the numbered spokes in the upper left. My "spokes" are in the upper right and the lining is the original brownish velvet.

A very sympathetic restoration. You have done such a great job with this. The puzzle box is fantastic, until recently I had never seen one.

I never thought of silver cleaner. That was a great idea, your attachments look great.
The Singer 27 Machine Manual can be down loaded from the internet in the PDF format that document explains the attachment usage.
