    I MADE A RICKY TIMS KOOL KALIEDESCOPE QUILT. IT DOES NOT LIE FLAT. IT IS PUFFY AND NOT FLAT. WHAT CAN I DO?

    If it is not quilted yet, you could change out the center section if that will help it lie flat.

    Possibly steam it....and get a good longarm quilting to "work in" the puffiness.
