    What a birthday present! Fusible fleece works well in table runners.

    What a nice birthday surprise! How sweet of them. I bet they'll be getting a nice thank you letter!

    DH really is not happy? Would he rather you be out spending money??? As long as you're not already a hoarder, this booty should not make him cranky!

    Good God, she came to work with her little car jammed full!
    So far I've counted 98.5 yards of just cottons!!!
    There's also 11 yards of a very pretty decorator fabric (she must have been planning on making curtains);
    20 yds of solid white or offwhite;
    6 yds of Wonder Under (hope it's still good!);
    2 bags of poyfil (always handy);
    1 queen size quilt batt (poyester);
    a big pile of large, half-square triangle quilt blocks in red/white & black/white plaids;
    some denim,
    some unbleached canvas,
    miles of muslin,
    A tiny Omnigrid traveling cutting mat, and
    several yards of fusible fleece.
    Coincidentally, this was given to me on my birthday!
    I'm still counting....I might be half way through the pile.
    I plan to wash & press....that should take me about a year!
    On the down side, DH is really ticked off. (Get over it.)
    Can anybody tell me what types of things people use fusible fleece for?
    Wonderful!!!! Just inform your DH of all the money you will not be spending now!
