    also you might contact a local restaurant so you can eat and use the banquet room with lots of tables

    Great idea. The church where our guild meets has a similar day or evening once a month. We get quilters, scrapbookers, tole painting, all kinds of crafters. It is a lot of fun seeing what everyone else is working on.
