I've got 3 different ones - none work
Based on a Board member's recommendation I now buy carpet cutters from Harbor Freight for $1.99 for 2. High shipping cost, so I order 10 to 15 sets at a time - someone in my Guilds always wants some too.
If either of you are interested type Carpet cutters or Harbor Freight into the Search section

Before I discovered Harbor Freight, I bought a Dritz rotary blade sharpener. I works great! It is hand held and the blade is rotated around a stone. It sort of looks like a kids spinning top. It does not fix nicks in the blades though. I'm still glad I bought it.

I have the Orbital sharpener and it does work but doesn't take out big nicks. A newly sharpened blade is maybe 3/4's as good as new. I usually sharpen them before they are completely dull and this helps to prolong their cutting life. I find that I can sharpen most blades three times before discarding them. The sharpener was $37.98 Canadian so they are not cheap.

I have used 3 and have not been happy with any. I use the Joann's coupons or get them at Harbor Freight -- but shipping is a bummer there.

I have a sharpener and it doesn't work at all. I now use Harbor Freight blades.
