I found a wonderful new rotating cutting mat at the Jacksonville quilt show a couple of weeks ago. It is made by Bebas Enterprises on Gainesville, GA 770-712-5000. Not affiliated by VERY satisfied with it. I did get the largest rotating cutting mat, but I did see smaller versions as well. The mat on top is replaceable and this mat is the thickest cutting mat I have ever seen!

Hmm...I like that it is larger than most I have seen..I have a 14" one by Fiskars...do you mind if I ask price? Or price range? I did a quick google search, and didn't find it...
    Thanks,
    Kif

Not at all - mine was $74.85, but it is really stable and if the mat wears out I can just replace it as there is a lip on the corners that holds the mat in place. I have had 3 different rotating mats and found that they weren't stable, hard to rotate and too small for some of the larger blocks. I think their smaller rotating mats were in the $30 range, but I really didn't look because I was looking for BIG!

I got the smallest one at the Michigan show last week, her show special price was $30. VERY well made. I don't like the mat itself, it's that white stuff, but i just put one of my own on it. Use it every day. I already have a larger one, different brand. I don't know how folks can cut without one especially stuff like twisters.

I have a 17x17 Olfa rotating mat which I love. That being said, I will definitely be saving up for this one. The size is great!
