Cordelia I am not in this round robin, but ooooooooooooooooh I like what you have decided on for the border to that center. It is absolutely GORGEOUS!!

I just recently got EQ6 and I have alot to learn on that software. I haven't had a chance to play with it lately, and I'm feeling sooo guilty!

Ha! I didn't know freezer paper ironed on fabric. I guess the wax does that.

Sorta like Wonder Under, but a whole lot cheaper.

See, I don't know these things.

    CORDELIA!!
    I HAVE YOUR BLOCK!!
    WOW!!
Now, it's sitting on my ironing board just waiting for some fabric to "jump" on it. lol
Not sure WHAT I am going to do with it. Keep it? lol
It sure is pretty! Tons of colors to "pull" out. Hmmm.....I think I have some batiks that would go great with it!
Now for the thinking process. Hope my brain doesn't hurt too much! lol

I sewed part of the day yesterday working on sewhappy's center. I hope to finish it today. I can not wait to see it with the border completed. I will post a pic when I get it done! This is so much fun!

    I'm still thinking on Cordelia's. It's gorgeous!
So many colors to choose from! Hard to pick just one color!
I do, however, THINK I have the fabric I am going to use. Just going to think on it for another day.

I am going to do the border this weekend. I think I have it and then change my mind on what to do. I have trouble making decisions! The top is just too pretty! I want it to be just right. It won't take that long once I decide.

Okay fellow quilters and SEWHAPPY in particular....

I am working on sewhappy's center and am needing some advice and possibly permission...

If I had to introduce a new color, what would you suggest? And sewhappy, would you prefer this quilt stay all blue and white? I can do that too. I tried some yellow with it...very pretty and some red as well...also pretty. I would like to have some input and your input as well sewhappy.

I should mention that the blue border has a gold metallic in it and I put some gold fabrics out to audition and they look pretty nice.......

I'm very excited you're working on my center. I really never thought about introducing a new color. But.....? Now that you suggested it, I'm all in favor of you creating something fun and unique. I totally trust your judgment.
