I finally had the time to carefully (and that's the operative word) to look through the first (and some second) rows that were posted. WOW! It is going to be difficult to add to the talent, skill, creativity and beauty of ROS, Mishnjim, Gramakitten, Materialgrl, Shaysmema and JudyG. And I'm sure KathyN's row will be just as terrific.

I think that working with you ladies has stretched my knowledge, creativity and skill. I'm so glad we continued our group - we can only grow in experience. Belles

PS Thanks for the compliment on my first Rhapsody in Blue embroidered row, Judy G. At first I embroidered the four patterns on a long strip of fabric. Unfortunately I didn't space them correctly and two of them were too close. Not to worry, I cut them apart, salvaged two of the patterns for the project and will use the two that were too narrow as elbow patches on my favorite denim jacket!

Thanks for everyone on your compliments. And I agree that this is a great group to work with. Everyone has different ideas and are soooo creative. I have to work really hard to keep up with all of you and no do the same boring thing all the time.

And aren't you just the smart one to use your excess embroidered blocks as elbow patches!!! I can't believe how creative people (including you) are. I never know what to do with things that don't end up being what I wanted them to be. My mind seems to only work in one way.

I finished my row and it will mail to Mishnjim tomorrow. I'm going with a Shabby Chic theme, in lovely pastels with Roses. The fabric collection is called Scarborough Fair from RJR Fabrics. Here are some photos.

I also finished Belle's 2nd row today. I stuck with the Blues and Embroidered blocks. I'm not going to sew the two rows together just in case the next person wants to do pieced blocks. Then they can alternate the embroidered blocks. Its going to be so pretty with all the shades of blue! A true Blue Rhapsody!

The blues are much more vibrant in person.

I love the Blue & Brown together!

Yes, I have them both packaged up to go. I figured since I cheated you out of a couple of weeks on the first one, I would give you extra time on the 2nd one. I hope you don't mind. They are both four 4" blocks so they are quick and easy.

I was supposed to mail today, but I ran late this morning, so they will go out tomorrow. You should have by Thursday!
