Ruler Work With Short Arm?????

Thanks for the video Dunster! Here I had always thought that 'ruler work' was simply using the ruler to MARK consecutive lines! I didn't know a ruler could be used like that to guide the darning foot for a nice straight line!

Great video Dunster! I have been thinking about the same thing to use when outlining a block or border when FMQ. Sometimes it is a straight section in between FMQ and I don't want to have to change to my walking foot, then back to my hopping foot. I am going to keep my eye out for the extra thick ruler to do outlines with.
