Sam the Helicopter Quilt

In 2004 I downloaded a mystery quilt pattern and story of Sam The Helicopter. I never saw it finished. It is paper pieced blocks that go with the story of how Sam the Helicopter was a hero. The blocks are a helicopter, a rabbit, carrotts, a lighthouse, a tug boat, and an airplane. I was wondering if anyone made it or might know of a quilt pattern that has a story to go with it. I would like to make one for my grandson.

I think it may have been Claudias quilt shoppe. I do remember the quilt.

I have just done a google images search there are some quilts there . Unfortunately some pictures are blurred and unable to see image clearly have a look.

Sounds like a great quilt for a small child. I would love to see the pattern also.

Thank you for the reply. I would like to see the pictures even if they are blurred. I have the paper piece patterns but not sure how they go together.
