    YES>.....yay for you...and they don't HAVE to be dots..like tiny squares, triangles, etc..what ever you can cut out...go for it..

    guess that might work as long as you don't have humidity...salt dissolves in liquid! I have heard of doing this and using sand in the nail polish though!

    If it works, why not?
    I purshased a pkg. several years ago of the dots, put them on all my rulers, and have not had one come off or lift off. To me it was worth the small price I paid. And my rulers seldom slip unless I am pushing down too hard!
