My sewing table is an old dining table. I also use a 6 foot folding table next to it in an L shape. It works great, I sew my pieces together, turn to the right and iron the seams down with my tiny little craft iron. I love the set up, it works great for me.

Have any of you painted yours? If so, how did it come out and what type of paint did you use? I just bought one of Craigslist yesterday and would like to paint it but I don't want to ruin it. thanks
