I've been doing the June Shop Hop, and I'm looking for quilt back fabric for the Spring Sampler Quilt from last month. So I clicked on #127, The Calico Cottage Quilt Shop, and I found some fabric I liked on sale for $3.99 per yard. So I put it in my "shopping cart," but then went no further. I decided to keep looking. But I did sign up for their newsletter because I liked the shop.
Then when I got tired of shop hopping, I checked my email and found a "thank you" for subscribing to their newsletter and a 15% off my first purchase code! Holy Spit!
So I went back to the shop and completed my purchase, saving almost $5--or 1+ a smidge yards of fabric for free. Boy do I feel smug! And not only that, just 1/2-hour later, they advised me that my purchase has shipped!
