Scraptacular eyeglass cases

At our guild meeting last night we did "whistlestop" demos where you give a 15 minute demo of a technique. I demo'd using scraps to make eyeglass cases. I got lots of compliments (thanks ladies!) and just got an email from a member requesting some of my scrappy cases to display in a local library! I'm really excited and happy!! I modeled them after some patterns that were in Simple Quilts mag in 2011.

Where could I find a copy of the pattern. I should have a case just to slip mine in at night. I like the hard case from the eye doctors for in my purse to trade with my sunglasses.
