Ladies I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find an example of script letters that are big enough to applique into a border. The border would be about 3 inches wide. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Quilter 1234

I use the computer, either Word or PowerPoint. I make a text box, type what I want, try out different font styles, resize (you can type in a size, you are not necessarily limited by the drop down selection). Then I print it out and make the appliques (don't forget to reverse it so it comes out right side up).

You can open a new word/works document
Then choose a font from the drop down menu
you can change the text size from another drop down menu
(both of these are on the tool bar)
if you look to the left, you can see the size of your text in relation to the ruler
clicking on "bold" will also give you a different look :D

You can also Google for the letters too.
