This is going to sound strange, but I use a disposable "proxa brush" made for cleaning between teeth to clean out little crevices. That is why I get big dust bunnies out of my machine. They have a little handle and fit in just about anywhere. They look like itty bitty bottle brushes. I can use one over and over, so very inexpensive.

I think that what you are looking for is actually a glue applicator for scale modeling. It is PERFECT for cleaning out lint in the sewing machine. They come in three sizes and are available from Tower Hobbies or Micro Mark.
