I have been using the search thing, but cannot come up with it. The person used a styafoam ball and various fabrics. They cut into the ball with a grove and then they set the fabric in it they used cording to cover the raw edges. Please help me find it???????

I have a book that I ordered from amazon. "Japanese Kimekomi" by Barbara Suess and Kathleen Hewitt. I've made a few of the balls but then got distracted with more quilt projects.
