model 15 has the tension dial at the end of the head where as all of the other singer home machines have the tension dial facing you as you look at it.
I don't think the electric model 15 is belt driven. (Mine is a treadle so I can't check that out.)

I like Sandman's identification chart but I don't like using the one he has on ebay. The links don't work for me.
