Anyone, no matter where they live can join.
If you don't want to have people try to figure out where you are, you can you your family's addy if you so desire.
Those that live outside the US (Canada, overseas) can't really do that (so sorry).
But, just getting the package and trying to figure out what is in it, is most of the fun.
I'll be getting the rules and sign-up out this week.
I''m still tweaking the rules.
