Serger Type
#1
I have been quilting for 25tears. I currently own a Janome QE. a Bernina QE , a APQS LA. I am trying to decide on a serger. Does anyone have any suggestions? Have looked them up in topics and recieved some help but any more help such as brand name, amount of sewwing heads, self threading and differential feed would be so helpful. At this time Iam in no rush so even a used machine is a possibility. Thank you all for your past help.

Dianne, the other night I was reading my 150 QE manual for learning to FMQ and it has a stitch that is a serger type. Did you know that???
I also found that mine does letters and numbers- I had no idea!! :D:D

Threading sergers can be challenging, to say the least. I had a Pfaff serger that would bring me to tears if I broke a thread and had to thread it from scratch. Babylock has a line of sergers that are sort of self threading.
