Default Serpentine Stitch on Janome Magnolia 7330 ?

My Janome Magnolia 7330 machine does not have a serpentine stitch on it & I want to use that stitch on more of my quilts. Seems like not to long ago someone on the board was talking about how to adjust settings (stitch length/width) on certain stitches that would make it look like the serpentine stitch. I've played around with different stitches on my machine to try to figure something like that out but with no luck so far. Anyone know what I can do to get a serpentine stitch from my Janome Magnolia 7330? The 7330 has a very limited amount of decorative stitches.

My Bernina does not have a serpentine stitch per say but the multi stitch zig zag makes a serpentine if you increase the stitch length.

This is exactly what I was going to say. At retreat my friend used that stitch and quilted on the diagonal on a bargello, play around with the length and width settings until you get one you like....make sure you use the recommended foot if your walking foot isn't wide enough to safely accommodate the stitch width you like.

Check out this QB thread. There is a link to a blog that may help.

Thanks...I'll look into what my machine might do for me.
