My husband has started to cook the pig he promised us - said it should be done (he is cooking it slow) by Monday noon. It is going to be so good - he is quite the cook - can't wait for you to taste it. LOL

I am in Az and it is now 5:20 pm - dinner is done and cleaned up and I am back to piecing. Got quite a bit done today - am done with the 46 blocks, and almost done with the 1/4" block border. Hope to get that done tonight and maybe even start on laying them out.
It has been pretty quiet today. Is anyone else out there quilting or am I doing this virtual sew-in by myself? LOL

Oh, how I wish I could have sewed today. This weekend is a drywall weekend. We're doing our living room. Yesterday we bought furniture to be picked up next weekend, so the rush is on. Can we finish the room in time for the new stuff? We put up the 2x6s across the ceiling every two feet and my hubby moved a doorway which was too close to the front door. When the front door was open, you could not go through the door into my future sewing room! Then he framed in the closet doorway and put up both doors. So everything is ready for drywall to go up tomorrow and I'll start taping and mudding. Hopefully, by Monday night, it will be ready for paint. I won't be painting till after the furniture comes so I can pick my color to match the new couch and recliners. I'm sore and tired... by Monday I probably won't be able to move! So, no sewing for me. :(

May not be done by Monday night, but at least I will be able to send a pic of just the top. The rest later in the week.
