"Now on some other things they come out perfectly. So there again, I don't know if they're really wrong or not.. ??? "

    Tuesy,
That is my problem with my seams....sometimes the pieces work, sometimes they don't!

I looked at this thread when I saw Puyallup, WA and imagine my surprise to see my handle. I'm here in WA right now at my daughter's near Spanaway and I've seen signs for Puyallup but not sure how far away it is.

I just looked up what the Sew Expo is and it's over!! It ended on the 1st.

I got back last evening. Shopping bags are full and purse is empty . . lol. I purchased some fabrics, gadgets, and books. All those important things to make me a better quilter. :-) :-)

I didn't think the crowds were as bad this year, as in previous years. The classes/seminars are always interesting. If I "learn" something, it was worth the cost. Even though some of them are just info-mercials of their products.

But the important thing was that us gals had FUN!!

It's fun to meet our Quilt Glitteratti, isn't it?! Sue Hausman and her husband, Herb, were in Tucson for a 1 day Sit and Sew last month sponsored by our great local Pfaff/Husqvarna dealer. Sue and Herb are just as friendly and down-to-earth as she is on her TV show. He sews, too! She did a trunk show while we finished our lunch that had us all ready to charge back to our sewing machines.

I went too!! I took my mom and we walked around there for hours!! We had a blast! I was lucky to get out of there with my checking account intact! :D
