I just saw in the Connecting Threads catalog a brand of tools called Sew Great. The rotary cutter is on sale for $10. Wondering if any of have used it, what you think of it, and particularly how it compares to Olfa. I need a new one before too long.

I haven't tried the cutter but have used the Sew Great scissors. The are nice scissors, serrated and easy to hold. For that low price the cuttter would be worth a try.

I went to Connecting Threads website and pulled up Sew Great rotary cutter. There are 4 reviews and all of them gave it a one star out of five. Check it out.

Every single one of the reviews is bad.
For such an important task I wouldn't risk getting a cheap rotary cutter.
