Sew sorry You will feel a lot better once you have done all of the ripping and ironing. I hope you will post a picture when you are done.

I feel your pain! Recently, I sewed over 60 blocks incorrectly and had to rip them out. Fortunately, I had a new seam ripper. I spent a day ripping; but it was worth it. I gave the finished quilt to my daughter. It is her favorite quilt. I'm now glad that I took the time to rip and re sew.

I've done that more times than I can count. It's an unfortunate part of the process for me. I've done it so much I bought myself an ergonomic seam ripper LoL. Sorry about the ripping but happy restitching to you.

When I do that, I usually decide to use the blocks as they are and pretend that is the way I wanted them. No one knows but me....but then I hate to rip out seams....

Wish the brownies would show up over night and the next morning, all would be ripped out and ready to go.

Yeah, every time I've waited for the night fairies to fix my problems, they're on strike.

I think we all are best friends with our seem ripper I cut every 4 or 5 stitches then pull the thread out less chance of cutting the fabric. I had to rip out a whole middle section as I had reversed the pattern.

Welcome to the club. As shown in these replies, most of us have done this. Yesterday I started a QR code quilt for my defacto grandson. Checking and rechecking the rows, oops that one is wrong. Ripped it out and then rechecked, oh no, it was right! So had to restitch just like it was. Bummer.

I totally agree. I try now a days to do a test block first and make sure I have read all the fine print in the instructions !!
